Generally, the FREE Vi Movies & TV OTT subscription benefit is credited in your Vi Movies & TV account within 60 minutes of a successful Eligible Recharge. Please ensure that your Vi SIM was active on the Eligible Device (vivo V50e Series handset) and latched to the VIL network at the time of Eligible Recharge.
