Japanese beef cutlet chain Gyukatsu Kyoto Katsugyu expanded its presence in Singapore with a new branch at Parkway Parade. The brand originated in Kyoto in 2014 and now have dozens of locations globally. It specialises in gyukatsu, a dish where deep-fried breaded beef cutlets arrive medium-rare on a tray. Diners can customize the final doneness using small personal grills at each table.
